I called you, didn’t you hear me?
The silence deepens,
how dark is this night?
Stifling the air I breathe
and I am left with no shadow on my wall.
That heavy nothing
if you could take away from me
maybe I’ll find a tongue
to tell you by the sea
my unborn sunsets.
